Steps

1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 4. Add beef strips, season with salt, pepper, and oregano, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. 5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with beef. Mix well to combine and heat through. 6. Remove from heat and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
