Beef and Potato Stew

This easy-to-prepare dish combines your favorite beef and potatoes, with a few other ingredients, in a tasty stew.

Steps

1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the ground beef. 2. Cook the beef for about 10 minutes, until it's browned. 3. Add the onion, carrot, and potato and cook for an additional 5 minutes. 4. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine. 5. Add the tomato paste, oregano, thyme, and salt and pepper. 6. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. 7. Cover and simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. 8. Serve warm.
