Arab Spicy Lamb

Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix together the turmeric, cardamom, cumin, ginger, coriander, allspice, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. 2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. 3. Season the lamb with salt and pepper and add to the pan. Fry for 6-8 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through. 4. Add the garlic and the spice mixture and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly. 5. Pour in the chicken broth and the tomato paste and stir to combine. 6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced and thickened. 7. Serve with rice, couscous, or bread.
