Steps
1. Heat a tablespoon of cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the beef slices and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper, zucchini, onion, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Cook the eggs to your desired doneness, either sunny-side-up or scrambled.
6. Once the eggs are cooked, mix them with the sautéed vegetables.
7. Add the cooked beef back to the skillet and stir everything together.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
