Steps
- Peel and finely chop the garlic, ginger, onion, and tomatoes.

- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
- Add the potato cubes and mix everything together.
- Cover the pan and cook until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle garam masala over the curry and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
