Steps

1. Begin by heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the beef. Fry until cooked through about 5 minutes. Remove the beef from the pan. 2. In the same pan, add both potatoes and onions. Cook until the vegetables are tender about 8-10 minutes. 3. Return the beef to the pan. Add the tomatoes and cooked rice and stir to combine. 4. Continue to heat until the beef and vegetables are hot and the rice is cooked. Serve hot.
