Shrimp Stir Fry

A stir-fry dish with shrimp and fresh vegetables, cooked in a garlic and ginger sauce.

Steps

1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms and cook until vegetables begin to soften, about 5 minutes. 3. Add garlic and ginger and cook for an additional 2 minutes. 4. Then add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp is cooked through, about 2 minutes. 5. Stir in the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil and cook for 2 more minutes. 6. Remove from heat and stir in the cilantro. 7. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
