
Steps
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- In a pot, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breast and sear on both sides.
- Pour in the beer and let it simmer, covered, for about 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
