Steps
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a glass or bowl, layer half of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Add half of the fresh blueberries on top of the yogurt.
Sprinkle one tablespoon of chia seeds over the blueberries.
Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, blueberries, and chia seeds.
Top with a sprinkle of granola if desired.
Enjoy immediately or let it sit for 10 minutes to allow chia seeds to expand.
