Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolk with honey until well combined and creamy.

3. In a separate clean bowl, whip the egg white with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form.
4. Gently fold the whipped egg white into the yogurt mixture until fully incorporated.
5. Spoon the mousse into a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
6. Serve chilled, drizzling a little extra honey on top if desired.
