Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Place the tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on one half of the tortilla.
3. Layer the sliced sausage, diced tomatoes, and nachos over the cheese.
4. Top with the remaining cheese and fold the tortilla in half.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.
6. Remove from heat, cut into wedges, and serve with salsa or hot sauce if desired.
