Steps
1. In a serving glass or bowl, start by adding half of the Greek yogurt as the base layer.
2. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of mixed berries over the yogurt.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts or sunflower seeds on top of the berries.
4. Repeat the layering with the remaining yogurt, berries, and walnuts.
5. Finish by sprinkling chia seeds on top and drizzling with honey or sweetener.
