Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Cut the baked potato in half, and scoop out its insides, keep potato skin. 3. Place the scooped potato in the potato skin along with the broccoli, cheese and butter. 4. Sprinkle with salt, to taste. 5. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
