Steps
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare an oven-safe dish.
2. In a bowl, mix diced chicken breast with olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Place chicken pieces in the dish, spread evenly.
4. Place broccoli, tomatoes and rice on top and spread evenly.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes
