Broccoli Chicken Stir-Fry

A healthy and flavorful stir-fry dish made with tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and juicy tomatoes.

Steps

1. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and sauté for a minute. 4. Add the chicken slices and cook until they are no longer pink in the center. 5. Add broccoli florets and diced tomatoes to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. 6. Pour soy sauce over the ingredients and mix well. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is tender. 9. Serve hot.
