1. Steam the broccoli florets until tender. Let them cool.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg until frothy.
4. Slowly pour the melted chocolate into the whisked egg, stirring continuously to combine.
5. Add the cooled steamed broccoli, diced mango, and cooked mussels to the chocolate mixture. Stir gently to incorporate all the ingredients.
6. Transfer the mixture into a serving glass or bowl. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
