Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.
3. Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
4. In a bowl, combine mixed greens, cantaloupe, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
