Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Cut a slit in the middle of the chicken breast to create a pocket. 3. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 4. Stuff the sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese into the pocket of the chicken breast. 5. Place the stuffed chicken breast on a baking sheet and drizzle with balsamic glaze. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. 7. Serve hot with extra balsamic glaze drizzled on top.
