Steps
1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add beef slices and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add garlic, broccoli, and carrot. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
5. Return the beef to the skillet and pour the sauce over the ingredients. Stir well to coat.
6. Add the cooked pasta and diced avocado to the skillet. Gently toss to combine.
7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.
