
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the banana and set aside.
- Cut the bread into cubes and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- In a large bowl, combine the grated carrot, torn lettuce, and sliced banana.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the yogurt, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Add the bread croutons to the salad and drizzle the yogurt dressing over the top.
- Toss everything gently to combine.
