Carrot Soup with Orange Zest

A sophisticated haute cuisine recipe that combines the sweetness of carrots with the floral notes of orange zest. The addition of cinnamon makes for a delicious and interesting combination.

Steps

Reduce to low heat, simmer for 15 minutes. 5. Blend until desired consistency is achieved. 6. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
