Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a bowl, combine oatmeal, cheese, egg, butter, salt, and pepper. 3. Using a spoon, scoop out 4 equal sized mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet. 4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. 5. Let cool and enjoy!

-1/2 cup oatmeal -3 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese -1 large egg -2 tablespoons of butter -Salt and pepper to taste
