Schnitzel with German Potatoes

1. In a shallow bowl mix together the flour, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika 2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over med-high heat; add in the butter 3. Once the skillet is hot, dredge the pork loin in the breadcrumb mixture and add it to the skillet; fry each side for 3-4 minutes; once cooked set aside 4. In the same skillet with the pan drippings add in the diced potatoes and cook for 8-10 minutes; stirring occasionally 5. Pour the cream over the potatoes and cook until the potatoes are soft and the cream is thick and creamy 6. Plate the schnitzel with the potatoes and serve
