
Steps
- In a shallow bowl mix together the flour, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over med-high heat; add in the butter
- Once the skillet is hot, dredge the pork loin in the breadcrumb mixture and add it to the skillet; fry each side for 3-4 minutes; once cooked set aside
- In the same skillet with the pan drippings add in the diced potatoes and cook for 8-10 minutes; stirring occasionally
- Pour the cream over the potatoes and cook until the potatoes are soft and the cream is thick and creamy
- Plate the schnitzel with the potatoes and serve

- 4 ounces of Pork-loin, thin-cut
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 1 large potato, peeled and diced
