German Currywurst

This classic German street food is a combination of sausage, curry powder and ketchup, served with a side of fries.

Steps

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Add the sausage and cook for 5 minutes, flipping once. 3. In a small bowl, mix the curry powder, ketchup, butter, paprika, salt and pepper. 4. Spread the mixture over the sausage, and cook for an additional 5 minutes. 5. Meanwhile, heat the French fries in the oven or fryer according to package instructions. 6. Serve the sausage with the fries on the side.
