German Pork Schnitzel

A classic German dish featuring tender breaded pork cutlets, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Steps

1. Place the pork chop between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound it until thin. 2. Season the pork with salt and pepper. 3. Dredge the pork in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs. 4. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 5. Fry the pork for about 3 minutes per side or until golden brown. 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. 7. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
