- In a separate skillet, cook the beef slices until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet with the beef and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Serve the beef and broccoli stir-fry over the garlic potatoes.
