Steps
1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, egg, and salt to make the crepe batter.
2. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla for the filling.
3. Heat a non-stick pan and melt some butter. Pour a ladle of batter and swirl to make a thin crepe. Cook on both sides.
4. Repeat with the remaining batter to make multiple crepes.
5. Fill each crepe with the cheese mixture, roll them up, and place in a serving dish.
6. In a saucepan, combine berries, sugar, water, and lemon zest. Cook until berries soften.
7. Pour the warm compote over the crepes and serve.
