Steps
1. Season the beef steak with salt and pepper.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the beef steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking. Remove and let it rest.
3. In the same skillet, add a little butter and toast both slices of bread until golden brown.
4. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
5. Place the cooked beef steak on one slice of bread, top it with cheese, and cover it with the other slice of bread.
6. Press down slightly and cook in the skillet for an additional 2 minutes on each side to melt the cheese and heat through.
7. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and enjoy your sandwich hot.
