Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the chicken breast in a skillet until fully cooked, then shred it.
3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, broccoli, carrots, and half of the shredded cheese.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and pour over the chicken and veggie mixture.
5. Transfer everything to a baking dish, top with the remaining cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
