
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the broccoli, carrots, and potatoes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a baking dish, combine the cooked vegetables and tuna. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
