Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken

Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken breast in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. 5. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 6. Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
