Steps
In a small bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Stir well to avoid clumping and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, stir again to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
When ready to serve, spoon the chia pudding into a serving bowl and top with fresh berries.
Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
