Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry

A delicious and nutritious stir-fry dish made with tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and flavorful onions.

Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. 3. Add chicken slices and cook until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 4. In the same skillet, add onions and garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. 5. Add broccoli florets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until they are tender-crisp. 6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients. Stir well to coat everything evenly. 7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and everything is well combined. 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 9. Serve hot and enjoy!
