
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken slices and cook until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until they are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and everything is well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
