Steps

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add the chicken and garlic, cook until tender, stirring often (2 minutes). 3. Add carrots, and continue to cook until the vegetables start to soften (4-5 minutes). 4. Pour soy sauce and Cook for another minute. 5. Serve immediatelly.
