
Steps
- Cut the pork into cubes
- Blend the coconut milk, peanut butter, fish sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt and spring onion in a food processor
- Make skewers with the pork cubes and fry them on medium-high heat until they reach desired doneness
- Cover pork cubes in the coconut-peanut sauce
