Ethiopian Spicy Beef

This is a flavorful and spicy dairy-free Ethiopian main dish. Heaps of spices make it aromatic and the beef juicy and tender.

Steps

1. Cut the beef into thin slices. 2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, tomato paste, ginger, turmeric, paprika and cayenne pepper. 3. Add the beef to the bowl and mix together to completely cover the beef in the sauce. 4. Heat a skillet on medium heat and add the beef to the pan. 5. Cook the beef for 5 minutes or until it's cooked and nicely browned. 6. Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve.
