Steps
1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef, onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until beef is browned.
2. Stir in turmeric, paprika, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
3. Add beef broth, apples, and chocolate. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cover. Cook for 1.5 hours or until beef is tender.
4. Stir in cereal and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
