1. In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces, lemon juice, salt, paprika, cumin, and coriander. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 2. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until golden brown. 3. Add garlic, ginger, berbere spice, and paprika to the pot. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly. 4. Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for about 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and tender. 7.
