Steps
1. In a large skillet, melt the butter and saute the onion, chicken, and corn about 4 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.
2. Add the fajita seasoning and diced tomatoes and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the spinach and stir for another 1-2 minutes until spinach has wilted and all ingredients are heated through.
4. Serve in a bowl, enjoy!
