Pineapple Fried Rice

This is an easy and flavorful main dish, quick to make and healthy!

Steps

1. Start by heating the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add the rice and pineapple to the skillet, stirring and cooking everything together for about 5 minutes. 3. Add the soy sauce, garlic powder, basil, and parsley, and continue to cook for a few minutes, stirring often, until the vegetables are cooked through. 4. Add salt, pepper, and additional herbs to taste. 5. Serve warm and enjoy!

1 cup of cooked brown or white rice, 1/2 cup of diced pineapple, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh basil, 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste
