Steps
1. In a bowl, combine the garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and a few pinches of salt and pepper.
2. Toss the chicken with the spices and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
4. Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
5. Add the chicken back to the skillet and mix everything together. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
6. Place the mixture in the center of the tortilla and fold the sides up. Serve warm.
