Mexican-Style Steak Burrito

This steak burrito is perfect for lunch, served with guacamole, salsa and a touch of cumin for extra flavour

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Place the tortilla onto a greased baking sheet. 3. Spread the steak chunks, Monterey Jack cheese, black beans, cooked rice and cilantro onto the tortilla. 4. Top with the salsa and guacamole and sprinkle the pinch of cumin. 5. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the burrito is warmed through. 6. Enjoy!
