Steps
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion and cook until it begins to soften, about 5 minutes.
- Add the diced chicken and sauté together until both are cooked through.
- Pour in the milk and reduce the heat to low. Stir in the cheese until fully melted.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan, stir everything together until the sauce coats the pasta.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of onion, diced
- 1/2 cup of low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup of low-fat cheese
