Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
2. Add the shrimp and sauté for 3 minutes until it starts to turn pink.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 1 minute more.
4. Crack the eggs into the pan, stirring it all together with the shrimp and tomato.
5. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
6. Cook until the eggs are done, stirring gently.
7. Serve hot.
