Mexican Bean Burrito Wrap

This tasty Mexican wrap is stuffed with delicious beans and a range of spices and wrapped up in a warm burrito wrap. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner!

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2. Heat a skillet and add the black beans, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Stir for a few minutes until the spices are fragrant. 3. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook for another couple of minutes. 4. Place the tortilla wrap on a baking tray and spread the tomato salsa in the center. 5. Top the salsa with the spiced black bean and mushroom mix, sprinkle the cheese and parsley on top, and fold in the sides of the wrap. 6. Bake the wrap in the oven for 12-15 minutes until golden and the cheese melted. 7. Enjoy!
