Steps
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice and olive oil.
3. Place chicken breast on the baking sheet and spread the honey-spice mixture evenly on top.
4. Add broccoli to the baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is lightly charred.
6. Serve chicken and broccoli with cooked white rice.
