Steps
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
2. Add the cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
5. Spoon the mousse into a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
6. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a few berries on top if desired.
