Steps
1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
2. Add cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
5. Spoon the mousse into a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
6. Serve chilled, topped with fresh berries if desired.
