
Steps
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
- Add cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Spoon the mousse into a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled, topped with fresh berries if desired.
