Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a small saucepan, melt the dark chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, sugar, orange juice, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
4. Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
5. Slice the banana and place it in a small baking dish, layering it evenly.
6. Pour the chocolate mixture over the bananas.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the custard is set.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with orange zest on top.
