1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder. 3. Add the egg and melted butter; mix until smooth. 4. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes. 5. Once baked, let it cool and then crumble the biscuit into fine pieces. 6. For the ice cream, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
